Constructs a new RecursiveCachingIterator,
which consists of a passed in iterator.

The flags. Use
CALL_TOSTRINGto call RecursiveCachingIterator::__toString() for every element (the default), and/orCATCH_GET_CHILDto catch exceptions when trying to get children.
