fgetss — Gets line from file pointer and strip HTML tags

$handle
[, int $length
[, string $allowable_tags
]] )Identical to fgets(), except that fgetss() attempts to strip any NUL bytes, HTML and PHP tags from the text it reads.

檔案指標必須有效，並且必須指向一個由 fopen() 或 fsockopen() 成功打開（但還沒有被 fclose() 關閉）的檔案。

Length of the data to be retrieved.

allowable_tags -
You can use the optional third parameter to specify tags which should not be stripped.
回傳值
Returns a string of up to length - 1 bytes read from
the file pointed to by handle, with all HTML and PHP
code stripped.
If an error occurs, returns FALSE.

Note: 如果碰到 PHP 在讀取文件時不能識別麥金塔(Macintosh)電腦文件的換行字元，可以開啟 auto_detect_line_endings 執行時期設定選項。
