imap_set_quota
I noticed that using:
imap_setacl ($conn, $mbox, $userid, "")
will act like:
"deleteaclmailbox $mbox $userid" (remove the ACL on mailbox for userid).

imap_setacl — Sets the ACL for a giving mailbox
