The result set has the following columns:
- TABLE_QUALIFIER

- GRANTOR
- GRANTEE
- PRIVILEGE
- IS_GRANTABLE
The result set is ordered by TABLE_QUALIFIER, TABLE_OWNER and TABLE_NAME.
