Nota:
Este método tem sido removido da extensão phar a partir da versão 2.0.0. Implementações alternativas são possíveis usando PharFileInfo::isCompressed(), PharFileInfo::decompress(), e PharFileInfo::compress().

This returns whether a file is compressed within a Phar archive with Gzip compression.

Valor Retornado

TRUE if the file is compressed within the Phar archive using Gzip, FALSE if not.
