The document encoding or
NULL. -

A bitmask of the LIBXML_* constants.
Zwracane wartości
Zwraca TRUE w przypadku powodzenia, FALSE w
przypadku błędu. If called statically, returns an
XMLReader lub FALSE w przypadku niepowodzenia.
Błędy/Wyjątki
Ta metoda może być wywoływana statycznie, ale spowoduje błąd E_STRICT.
