Specifies the URL that was passed to opendir().
Informacja:
The URL can be broken apart with parse_url().

Whether or not to enforce safe_mode (0x04).
Zwracane wartości
Zwraca TRUE w przypadku powodzenia, FALSE w
przypadku błędu.
