ftp_mdtm — Retourne la date de dernière modification d'un fichier sur un serveur FTP

)ftp_mdtm() lit la date de dernière modification d'un fichier distant.
Note:
Tous les serveurs ne supportent pas cette fonctionnalité !
Note:
ftp_mdtm() ne fonctionne pas avec les dossiers.
Liste de paramètres

L'identifiant du lien de connexion FTP.

remote_file -
Le fichier depuis lequel on doit extraire la date de dernière modification.
Valeurs de retour
Retourne la date de dernière modification en tant que timestamp Unix en cas de succès, ou -1 si une erreur survient.

When trying to get the modified time of a file that has spaces in it, ftp_mdtm will fail on some FTP servers. If this happens, surround the file name with quotes.
$file_name = "my index.html";
$file_modtime = ftp_mdtm($connection, '"'.$file_name.'"')

Be wary that the function appears to return a GMT +0 timestamp.
I still don't understand the reasoning, but here is a bug reported about it:
https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=33362
It was considered not a bug, because it was the correct time? Yet it wasn't...
All I know is that the timestamp return to me is missing thousands of seconds, because it's 4 hours behind, even though the timezone and time are the same between host and client.
