PECL/oauth requiere PHP 5.1 o superior, ext/hash y ext/pcre.
PECL/oauth puede requerir opcionalmente libcurl si se selecciona en el momento de compilación. Si se configura con libcurl, debe ser compilado con soporte HTTPS.
