Get the writing mode of the encoder.
Parameters
This function has no parameters.
Return Values
Returns the writing mode of the encoder. The result value is on of the following:

HaruEncoder::WMODE_HORIZONTAL- horizontal writing mode. -
HaruEncoder::WMODE_VERTICAL- vertical writing mode.
